Use cushions or two beach towels rolled together to substitute a bolster.

Books work as a great replacement for blocks. 

A belt can easily replace a strap.

How long are the videos?

Can I cancel any time?

With the monthly membership option, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.

This is not offered with the annual subscription as it is a lump sum payment.

To cancel your membership:

  1. Login to your Studio Red Online account

  2. Select <Dashboard> from the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner

  3. Select <Purchases>

  4. Under the <Membership> section, click "cancel membership"

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!
